THE TEAM

Juliette du Preez has spent upward of 25 years in the financial services industry and is schooled in managing transformation. She has significant expertise in implementing both retail finance and corporate strategies. Juliette held senior managerial positions at ABSA Bank and is a non-executive director of SASRIA.

Dr Johan Strumpfer is one of South Africa’s leading advisors on corporate change and has worked with over 100 companies on implementing significant change strategies.
He has a been visiting professor at the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business and also a visiting Fellow at the world renowned Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania in the USA. |

Ms Mandy Lebides has more than 15 years experience in business consulting, including the design and execution of numerous small and large interventions to implement corporate change.
Ms Lebides is also a specialised business training facilitator and is the founder of WRITESCAPES a well known writing initiative for budding authors. |
